Curious about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu but not sure where to begin? Our 4-week Beginners Course at Brazilarte Academy in Southend on Sea is the perfect place to start. Designed for complete beginners, you’ll learn the fundamentals step-by-step in a supportive, welcoming environment. No experience needed.
Join us every Wednesday at 7pm and build confidence, improve your fitness, and connect with a friendly community on the mats. With just 14 spaces available, this small group ensures plenty of guidance and personal attention throughout.

A technical grappling martial art which teaches self-defence, problem-solving and mental focus whilst building confidence and resilience.

We offer classes in both Capoeira and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to our young members which builds confidence, discipline, focus and social skills through playful, structured movement and cultural learning.

Our toddlers class is fun and expressive. We use explorative techniques which support movement development, coordination, social skills, communication and self expression.

Bootcamps, CapoYoga and conditioning classes which support both body and mind.
