OUR STORY
It began with a simple idea.
Brazilian culture is not something to watch. It is something you live.
Capoeira, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, movement, music - they are languages of the body.
They teach strength, patience, respect and joy.
And they remind us that growth happens when we move in community.
WHAT WE OFFER

A joyful martial art of movement, music and rhythm which develops coordination confidence and self-expression.

A technical grappling martial art which teaches self-defence, problem-solving and mental focus whilst building confidence and resilience.

We offer classes in both Capoeira and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to our young members which builds confidence, discipline, focus and social skills through playful, structured movement and cultural learning.

Our toddlers class is fun and expressive. We use explorative techniques which support movement development, coordination, social skills, communication and self expression.

Bootcamps, CapoYoga and conditioning classes which support both body and mind.

Delve into the rhythms of Brazil and express yourself and learn new skills through creativity.
