Kids Capoeira

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays

Kids Capoeira is an art which combines martial arts, acrobatics, dance and music. It encourages children to play and express themselves through martial and acrobatic movement.  It aids to improve learning, fitness, weight control, confidence, friendships, respect and physical coordination and development

Suitable for 4 years - 15 years

Kids Brazilian Dance

5pm - 5.50pm

A lively class which will introduce many traditional dances from the north east of Brazil, including; Samba, Frevo, Caboclinho and Maculele.  A fabulous way to introduce your children to fitness through a fun and energetic dance class.

Adults Capoeira

Capoeira is an art that combines; martial arts, acrobatics, dance, natural movement and music.  It helps to develop your bodies natural ability to move effectively, building strength, increased flexibility, weight management, balancing your mind and body, promoting youthful play and its FUN!

It can be both holistic and athletic depending on your aims and abilities.

BJJ for kids is a fantastic workout that teaches real life self defence techniques which work hand in hand to learn; discipline, respect, friendship, fitness, flexibility, confidence and physical coordination and development.

Adults Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

8pm - 9pm

BJJ for adults is real life self defence, learning through effective techniques and controlled sparring (rolling).

It aids weight control, building strength, increased flexibility, fitness, friendship and discipline.


6pm – 7pm

10am - 11am

CapoYoga will lead you through a series of natural movements that will develop your bodies ability to move naturally and with ease.  It will help you reach further and hold for longer, developing both your flexibility and strength. 

We also introduce an entry into meditation linking and realigning the body with the mind.


Brazilian Percussion

2pm – 3pm

Learn to play Brazilian carnival drums and rhythms; Samba, Samba Reggae, Maculele, Maracatu and more. 

Suitable for all levels, ages and abilities.

Adults Dance Fitness


There is no better way to move your body than to dance.  In our dance fitness class you will learn traditional dance steps from; Samba, Frevo, Maculele and Caboclinho.  No previous dance experience is needed, just the freedom of mind to move your body to infectious rhythms, express yourself and to have fun.

Adults Fitness Bootcamp

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays
10am – 11am

What better way to start the day than to smash out circuits and HITT training.  The classes are structured with functional, body weight and free weight exercises that will get your heart pumping and your muscles bursting.

Whether you want to loose weight, tone up or increase strength this class will help you reach your goal, whilst supporting your individual needs.
